As a CDP Item Pioneer, you'll be the cornerstone of our digital transformation, ensuring the optimal use of our AEP and driving our customer experience to new heights. Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Constant CDP to address enterprise issues, ensuring seamless integration and operation. Supporting new developments, setup, and maintenance on the AEP, staying at the forefront of technological advancements. Providing technical expertise and guidance to internal teams regarding the implementation and effective use of the AEP. Troubleshooting technical issues related to the AEP and implementing solutions, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. Collaborating with IT and other teams to align on technical requirements and implementations, fostering a culture of teamwork and innovation. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring our strategies remain cutting-edge. Conducting regular reviews to ensure optimal utilization of the AEP, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
