As a Pentester Expert, you help identify, analyze, eradicate and mitigate threats to Desjardins's systems, networks and applications. You arre brought to simulater threats based on the evolution of offensive techniques and threat actors. You design, develop and implement offensive methodologies and tools, while mitigating the risks associated with their use. You follow rigorous processes and develop new ones to prepare the organization to face cyberattacks. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You have a comprehensive, in-depth understanding of the drivers of change in the organization. You clarify risks using simple language to ensure everyone has a common understanding and you involve various stakeholders to strengthen Desjardins's security posture. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions and play an active role in implementing response plans. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of your line of work. You make recommendations on the development and execution of projects and initiatives with a very high degree of operational and conceptual complexity. Coordination is critical. Interpersonal skills are therefore essential. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies. More specifically, you will be required to:Lead large-scale development projects, initiatives and activities in your area of expertise that have a significant knock-on effect on the entire organizationAdvise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibilityDevelop and update policies, standards, models, methodologies, tools and programs to support your unit's strategic projects and initiatives. Conduct strategic monitoring in your area of expertise to identify emerging security issuesIdentify and analyze issues. Report major issues. Diagnose issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodiesRepresent your unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodiesRepresent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizations.
