Company DescriptionJob DescriptionAbout this JobOversee the successful launch and ongoing operational effectiveness of our global ecommerce products and processes. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and qualitative of key initiatives, meet business objectives, and drive efficiency and scalability across our product portafolio. Responsibilities Lead the successful launch of global ecommerce programs, ensuring they are executed on time, on budget and with hight qualityDeliver on business case objectives, balancing revenue generation, product imporvement, efficiency and tech strategyDrive the execution of the product roadmap, country plans, and client pipeline to meet organizational goals ensure complience with the activation framework mantaining rigorous standards and best practicesSupport day to day operations to ensure timely delivery and stability of ecomerce productscoordinate with business as usal operations to ensure smooth transitions and integration of new products and processesColaborate with quality assurence teams to uphold hoigh product quality standardsWorks Closely with transformational leads to facilitate succesful rollouts of ecommerce solutionAsses global stability across the coding ecosystem to ensure robust performance and reliability QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Preferred: Master’s degree in Finance, MBA, or certifications such as CFA, CIMA. Experience:5+ years in financial analysis or strategic planning, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Knowledge in NIQ process E2EProficiency in tools such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, SAP, Oracle, or similar. Advanced level of englishSkills:Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills with both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
