Our Generator Division in Brookfield, WI is looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Coordinator to support our sales and rental operations by keeping equipment organized, accessible, and ready to go. What You’ll Do:Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and warehousePerform 5S practices in both shop and warehouse areasClean and organize the oil room; empty used oil drums and stage for pickupManage load bank storage and cables, including staging for pickup and putting away as neededPerform DOT checks on all rental trailers and load banksRun spare trucks during winter to ensure they start; arrange oil changes as neededPull parts for technicians and deliver parts to field locations as requiredComplete the rental check-in and check-out process and related paperworkDeliver rentals and cables as assignedPick up and deliver engines from GeneracProvide backup support for parts operations and shipping/receivingAssist with warranty parts cleanup and work order shelf reviewPerform truck inventories and assist with monthly physical inventoriesCollect oil and fuel samples and prepare for shipmentAssist in second-hand area management (e.g., handling 8D batteries)Stock supplies in upstairs storage areasParticipate in optional online learning modules for engines and generators (Kohler, Yanmar, ADP)Perform other duties as assigned to support shop and warehouse operationsWhat We’re Looking For:Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar settingValid driver’s license and clean driving recordCertified to operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, etc.)Proficient with basic computer systems and data entryStrong attention to detail, organization, and safetyAbility to lift and carry up to 100 lbs with proper support and aidsComfortable working in various environments, including moderate to loud noise levels and seasonal weather conditionsBonus Points For:Awareness of lean business principlesBasic mechanical knowledge of engines and generatorsWillingness to explore online training modules (Kohler, Yanmar, ADP)This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a high-performing team.
