S.-based biotech and technology entrepreneur managing multiple fast-paced projects across a consulting business, SaaS product launch, legal matters, and general personal. I'm seeking a highly organized, U. S.-based Virtual Assistant to help coordinate business admin, legal tasks, scheduling, document management, and more. Beyond day-to-day support, I’m also looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas for staying organized and recommend tools or methods based on what’s worked well in past roles. Key Responsibilities: Business & Marketing Admin (Consulting/Product) - Maintain business tracking spreadsheets (milestones, project status etc) - Assist with QuickBooks setup and invoice creation (bonus: if you can help with bookkeeping) - Gather and organize content for website, linked in, etc -Comfortable coordinating with marketer, web designer etc ️ Calendar & Task Management - Organize and maintain a central calendar coverall areas (Business, Personal) - Track follow-ups, deadlines, and overdue items - Proactively send reminders for important dates and deliverables -Schedule appointments based on calendar availability -Assist with property search -Assist with travel and apartment relocation logistics - Help organize tenant-landlord legal documentation and evidence tracking Ideal Candidate Qualities - Must be U. S.-based - Strong skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Teams, QuickBooks - Proactive and detail-oriented; able to track many tasks across different categories - Comfortable handling confidential, sensitive, or legal materials - Experience supporting founders, consultants, or executive-level professionals Bonus Perk If you’ve successfully implemented smarter workflows (e.g., task management systems, shared calendars, file org, CRM structures), this role values your input.
