Job Title: Overnight Logistics Dispatcher

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Logistics Dispatcher to join our team at Workwarp. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation network, providing exceptional support to our drivers, and delivering outstanding customer service. Position at a Glance: • Position: Overnight Logistics Dispatcher • Location: Remote • Compensation: Competitive salary (up to $46,000 per year) • Company: Workwarp • Start Date: Immediate openings available Job Summary: Under general supervision, the Overnight Logistics Dispatcher will process messages and phone calls from drivers, send load and customer information, and ensure drivers are aware of their current plan and pre-plans for the future. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Functions: • Dispatch drivers and process inbound messages via the In-Cab Messaging System and phone calls • Send load plans, customer information, route suggestions, local directions, and fuel solutions in a timely manner • Update ETA's and PTA's to ensure accuracy • Notify day-shift of any changes to pre-plans or load plans • Plan drivers and set up rescues as needed • Participate in company-wide training to improve self-learning and maintain a positive team environment Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required • 1+ year of experience in dispatching preferred • Experience with transportation, computer systems, satellite systems, and Innovative software beneficial • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and sit for long periods What We Offer: • Competitive salary (up to $46,000 per year) • Comprehensive benefits package, including: • 401(k) and 401(k) matching • Dental, health, and vision insurance • Flexible spending account and health savings account • Life insurance and paid time off • Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company • Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced logistics professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application today.
