Job DescriptionWe're seeking a high-agency LinkedIn Content Marketer / Social Media Manager to manage our company's LinkedIn presence and drive lead generation for our remote job board. This is a fully remote position perfect for someone who understands the remote work landscape and can create compelling content that resonates with job seekers and remote work enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:Create 2-3 original LinkedIn posts daily (text + images)Develop engaging visual content using Canva or similar toolsBonus: Create video content for LinkedInUse AI tools effectively while maintaining authentic voiceGenerate all content ideas and topics independentlyCommunity Engagement:Actively engage with comments throughout the dayRespond to messages and build relationships on our behalfFoster meaningful conversations around remote work topicsPosting & Analytics:Handle all posting and schedulingTrack performance metrics and provide weekly reportsAdjust strategy based on analytics and performance dataParticipate in weekly sync / async meetings to review metricsWhat We're Looking For:Must-Haves:Proven ability to create engaging LinkedIn contentHigh agency mindset - we need someone who takes initiativeExcellent written communication skills and command over English languageExperience with Canva and LinkedIn creator toolsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionNice-to-Haves:Video creation skillsUnderstanding of the remote work ecosystemExperience in B2C marketing or job boardsFamiliarity with AI content toolsWorking Arrangement:Compensation: $800-1,000/month with performance bonuses on hitting targetsCommunication: Primarily async with 1:1 meetings as neededPerformance: Success measured by LinkedIn engagement metrics and lead generationWhat Success Looks Like:Consistent daily posting schedule maintainedGrowing engagement rates and follower countIncreased traffic to our job board from LinkedInBuilding DailyRemote as a thought leader in the remote work spaceWe value autonomy and results over micromanagement.
