Key Responsibilities Monitor Discussions: Oversee online discussions across various platforms, ensuring that conversations are productive, positive, and aligned with community guidelines. Content Moderation: Review posts, comments, and other user-generated content to ensure that it adheres to community standards and rules. Address any issues with appropriate action. Engage with Community Members: Facilitate discussions by encouraging positive interactions, answering questions, and resolving disputes between members.
