We believe in taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, and we act with a growth mindset, taking an expansive approach to what's possible and believing in continuous learning to improve our business and ourselves. **About the Role** As a Global EOSH Auditor, you will be responsible for preparing and executing independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements. You will leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance, and prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans. **Key Responsibilities** * Prepare and execute independent, risk-focused, compliance, and systems-based audits of our worldwide internal and external bottling and distribution operations to verify conformance to our EOSH requirements * Leverage your critical thinking and investigative skills to accurately identify risk situations and areas of non-compliance * Prepare comprehensive, fact-based audit reports that enable operations to pinpoint the root causes of non-conformances and develop effective corrective action plans * Continuously seek insights on industry trends and technology that will further enhance our organization's value proposition and performance * Participate in the review, development, and enhancement of our company standards, policies, and procedures * 50%+ travel, both domestically and internationally **Qualifications** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Safety, Environment, Engineering, or related technical field * 5+ years of experience in an operational EOSH role in manufacturing and/or distribution operations * Proven track record of driving EOSH performance and continuous improvement * Fluent in English (written and verbal), proficiency in additional languages is a plus * ISO 14001, 39001, and/or 45001 Lead Auditor Certifications are desirable * Professional certifications (e.g. Certified Safety Professional, NEBOSH Diploma) are desirable **What We Offer** * Broad Exposure: You will have the opportunity to travel across the globe, gaining national and international exposure along with hands-on experience to various Coca-Cola operations and processes * Career Development: Our roles are designed as 3-5 year journeys, leading to further roles and creating opportunities to quickly gain depth and breadth of experience and business knowledge * Global Network: This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop a truly global network and lay the foundation for a dynamic technical career within The Coca-Cola System **Skills** * ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Microsoft Office, Troubleshooting, Waterfall Project Management **Our Culture** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
