With over 600 individuals across the U. S. and Ireland, we're dedicated to improving the healthcare delivery system through the power of healthcare technology, specifically, the EHR and integrated applications and tools. Primary Responsibilities As an Epic MyChart Analyst Refuel – Web & Cloud Application Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to Epic MyChart Collaborating with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and making corrective configuration or enhancements Leading small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows, including the design, build, and test phases Participating in design and validation sessions and ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, and issue escalation occurs Providing technical and/or clinical consultation, including application configuration.
