As a key member of our team, you'll partner with some of the most gifted healthcare technology thought leaders within the industry, collaborate with experienced consulting and healthcare leaders, and help partners capture the benefits of their EHR investment. With over 600 individuals across the U. S. and Ireland, we're dedicated to improving the healthcare delivery system through the power of healthcare technology, specifically, the EHR and integrated applications and tools. Primary Responsibilities As an Epic MyChart Analyst Refuel – Web & Cloud Application Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for: Providing Epic product function, design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module related to Epic MyChart Collaborating with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and making corrective configuration or enhancements Leading small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows, including the design, build, and test phases Participating in design and validation sessions and ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up, and issue escalation occurs Providing technical and/or clinical consultation, including application configuration. Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating system needs to develop recommendations for customers Developing, supporting, and maintaining all required system design and build documents and other system documentation Performing daily monitoring of applications in production use Actively participating in all phases of the testing lifecycle and performing unit, system, and integrated testing tasks and activities for EpicCare Ambulatory workflow Providing support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on-call coverage as required Obtaining and maintaining in-depth knowledge of software functionality; acquiring and utilizing knowledge of operational workflows to be implemented Performing in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software Working with trainers to develop and maintain application-specific training curriculum and materials Translating business requirements into functional specifications and managing changes to specifications, prioritizing, coordinating, and implementing updates and requested changes to the system; reviewing and testing each new release; troubleshooting problems and questions from end users Adhering to organization standards for system configuration and change control Developing solid relationships with end-user communities, customers, and business partners Facilitating communication with stakeholders from initial requirements to final implementation Troubleshooting and/or resolving application issues and escalating more complex issues as appropriate Required Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Active/current Epic certification in MyChart Completed Epic CEE (Continued Epic Education) to maintain certifications, proficiencies, and badges 2 years Epic application experience Proven Epic systems application knowledge to build, test, support, and train for MyChart workflow Refuel Implementation experience Proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Ability to travel up to 25% Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Ability to demonstrate and have a history of team management (informal or formal), cross-team communication, and leadership skills Experience in department build and implementing community connect locations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We offer a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: Comprehensive training and development programs Opportunities for advancement and career growth Access to industry-leading technology and tools Collaboration with experienced consulting and healthcare leaders Work Environment and Company Culture Highlights We're proud of our inclusive and supportive work environment, which includes: A culture guided by diversity and inclusion Talented peers and a collaborative team Comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including: A comprehensive benefits package Incentive and recognition programs Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution Flexible work arrangements and remote work options How to Apply If you're passionate about healthcare technology and want to join a dynamic team, apply today!
