About the teamThe Rewards team is at the forefront of revolutionizing how financial incentives are calculated, distributed and automated in the blockchain space. We're tackling complex challenges in attribution logic, invoice automation, and rewards distribution across multiple chains and assets. Our work directly impacts Paxos' ability to scale its reward systems efficiently while maintaining absolute accuracy and compliance. About the role As a Senior Software Engineer on the Rewards team, you'll drive the development of our next-generation rewards and billing automation platform. You'll own critical initiatives from invoice automation for USDG to expanding our attribution system across new chains and assets. This role offers unique opportunities to work with cutting-edge blockchain technology while solving complex financial automation challenges that directly impact Paxos' growth and efficiency.
