[ad_1] Title: Encompass Admin Location: Remote Duration: 12 months contract Job Description: Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Encompass Administrator to support and optimize our mortgage loan origination system (Ellie Mae Encompass). The administrator will be responsible for system configuration, user support, workflow automation, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires both technical expertise and an understanding of mortgage lending operations. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain the Ellie Mae Encompass LOS platform. Create and manage custom forms, fields, and business rules to support loan processing workflows. Develop and maintain user roles, permissions, and security settings. Build and optimize workflows, templates, automation, and integrations to improve operational efficiency. Provide Tier 1 & 2 support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Partner with IT, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure Encompass aligns with business and regulatory requirements. Perform regular system testing, release management, and patch upgrades. Generate and maintain reporting dashboards (Pipeline, Compliance, Productivity). Train users on Encompass functionality, updates, and best practices. Document system processes, enhancements, and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Encompass Administrator or in a similar LOS role. Strong knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 administration, including custom input forms, fields, and business rules. Experience with Encompass SDK, API integrations, and custom plug-ins is a plus. Familiarity with MISMO standards, mortgage compliance, and loan origination workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ellie Mae Encompass Certified Administrator certification (preferred). Nice to Have Experience integrating Encompass with third-party systems (CRM, Pricing Engines, Document Systems). Knowledge of mortgage lending compliance (TRID, HMDA, RESPA). SQL/BI reporting knowledge for custom data extraction.
