Field Representative- Northeast Region: Automotive Industry Sales and Service Expert

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. **Job Summary** As a Field Representative, you will be the primary point of contact with OEM field staff, dealers, and other stakeholders in the Northeast Region. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Acting as the primary point of contact with OEM field staff, dealers, and other stakeholders * Defining, clarifying, and communicating client specifications, needs, and changes * Maximizing DSG-related revenue opportunities within daily operations and programs * Continuous education of OEM field staff and dealers on DSG products and services * Serves as DSG product knowledge expert for dealers and OEM field staff * Researching competitor information for feedback to Client/Concentrix * Point person for rolling out new products and program enhancements to dealers and OEM field staff * Supporting Field, Region, and National OEM meetings as primary DSG representative * Supporting Dealer meetings (both group and individual) * Focusing on dealer retention, conflict management, and building rapport with dealer and OEM field staff * Closely coordinating with Sr. Manager and Team Lead * Working directly with DSG staff to coordinate future enrollment/sales opportunities * Identifying industry trends and compiling competitive analysis information within the Automotive industry **Requirements** * Must be located in the US/Eastern Time Zone * Must be located in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, or Virginia * 2+ years of experience in sales and service, preferably in the automotive industry * Proven track record of generating revenue within a specific region * Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Valid driver's license required * Ability to travel up to 50-75% of the time (typically 3 out of 4 weeks per month) **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field * Experience working with OEM field staff and dealers * Knowledge of DSG products and services * Experience in sales and service, preferably in the automotive industry * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive training and support to ensure success **Why Join Our Team?** At Concentrix, we value a great attitude and a willingness to learn above all.
