Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative - Commercial Agent to work in our healthcare insurance customer service department. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer-related inquiries. You will work closely with our customers to resolve issues, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, handling claims, benefits, enrollment, and other related issues. Problem-Solving: Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Communication: Clearly communicate complex messages over the phone, using proper grammar, professional language, and word choice. System Navigation: Navigate through multiple systems simultaneously to access and retrieve customer information. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issue resolutions in our CRM system. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: 2 years of customer service experience in a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex messages. Technical Skills: Ability to navigate through multiple systems simultaneously. eSkills Test: Must score 80% or above on the eSkills test. Preferred Qualifications: Call Center Experience: Previous experience working in a call center environment. Healthcare Industry Experience: Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field. Medical Background: Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare concepts.
