This is a remote position. IT Career Hub was founded in Germany in September 2022 by a team of managers and teachers from the largest educational startups in the world. The Education and Career Center provides a full cycle of support - from choosing a profession to employment. IT Career Hub training programs arecertified by AZAVand are designed to be flexible to the needs of adult students, providing the opportunity to learn regardless of work experience and previously acquired knowledge and skills. We don't limit ourselves to just training. We also provide employment support and career counseling to our graduates. We establish partnerships with leading companies in the industry so that our students have the opportunity to gain experience through an internship and then a job at one of these companies. We are currently looking for a professional to oversee the full lifecycle of our teaching staff — from recruitment and onboarding to training, support, and performance evaluation — ensuring high-quality live online classes, fostering teachers’ professional growth, and strengthening their engagement within our school community. Responsibilities:​ 1. Recruitment & HiringPlan teacher recruitment based on course launches and workload;Participate in trial lessons and candidate evaluations;Make hiring decisions and coordinate with recruiters. 2. Onboarding & Teacher SupportDesign and deliver onboarding and initial training programs;Provide technical and operational support during live classes;Add teachers to communication channels and digital tools (LMS, Teams, etc.);Share company updates and news;Plan and approve schedules and workloads, arrange substitutions;Process invoices for teacher payments;Monitor performance metrics and maintain teacher records. 3. Quality AssuranceReview initial lessons of new teachers;Provide feedback based on student/mentor reviews and class recordings;Engage senior teachers for in-depth evaluations;Use AI tools and analytics to monitor quality;Coordinate grade reviews when needed. 4. Professional Development & EngagementFoster a collaborative teaching community;Organize team meetings and targeted training sessions;Enhance teachers’ digital literacy and facilitation skills;Implement strategies to boost engagement in the learning process. 5. Compliance & ReportingPrepare teacher-related reports for relevant authorities;Deliver regular performance and KPI reports to management. RequirementsGerman language C1 and fluent Russian;Experience in education management, teaching, coordination, HR, or recruitment;Strong understanding of adult learning principles and effective online teaching methods;Proven ability to build and lead teacher communities;Focus on results, quality, and student success;Excellent communication, feedback, and organizational skills;Confidence working with digital tools and online collaboration platforms;Background in recruitment or HR is a strong plus.
