As our Head of Learning, you’ll be at the heart of the Tutor Community tribe, driving impact by:Owning and optimizing the end-to-end tutor lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to engagement, retention, and performance tracking. Ensuring curriculum development is aligned with student needs and market requirements, supporting tutors with structured learning pathways and high-quality educational materials. Driving tutor engagement through community-building, recognition, and professional development initiatives. Maintaining a high-quality, well-represented, and data-driven tutor supply aligned with AlGooru’s operational goals. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams to enhance both tutor and student experiences. A Day In Your Life:Tutor Recruitment, Screening, and Onboarding Own and continuously improve AlGooru’s tutor application flow and vetting criteria. Screen tutor applications, follow up on documentation, and support applicants throughout the onboarding process. Design and maintain a Tutor Application Roadmap aligned with company goals, in coordination with the Product team. Manage recruitment metrics and ensure the platform maintains a high-quality tutor supply. Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, including the creation of guides, training material, and documentation. Curriculum Development Lead the design and continuous improvement of learning materials, lesson plans, and standardized teaching resources. Ensure curriculum supports multiple education levels while staying aligned with Saudi standards and international best practices. Partner with tutors to co-create resources, ensuring practical alignment between teaching methods and platform goals. Tutor Engagement, Care, and Retention Own tutor communications: manage all content sent to tutors and ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with AlGooru's tone. Respond to tutor queries and provide guidance throughout their journey. Plan and execute tutor community engagement events (webinars, challenges, feedback sessions). Launch recognition and incentive programs to drive motivation and performance. Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to enhance tutor satisfaction. Own and monitor Tutor Happiness and Retention KPIs. Tutor Profiles and Representation Create and manage tutor profiles/cards featured on the platform, ensuring quality and accuracy. Collect multimedia and supporting materials to boost tutor visibility and conversion. Technical Operations Data Analysis Lead optimization of operational workflows for basic and preferred tutors. Monitor and analyze key metrics like tutor activity, tutor saturation, and supply-demand alignment. Leverage data visualization tools to present insights and guide decision-making. Identify trends and process gaps through statistical analysis, communicating findings to product teams for technical enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Conduct tutor focus groups, interviews, and usability testing to support product development. Collaborate with marketing for tutor-led social media initiatives. Ensure alignment between tutor operations, curriculum rollouts, and platform feature launches.
