As a Demand Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business success by facilitating the analysis of global demand forecasts for products and services, supporting our global locations' customer base and designated markets. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the analysis of global demand forecasts for products and services to support our global locations' customer base and designated markets. Monitor and analyze global data to support profit planning, quarterly reviews, and the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. Provide necessary global reports for Demand Meetings, including reports showing Actual to Sales Plan, Profit Plan, and Forecast. Analyze variances of forecast from prior month (financial & quantity) and major adjustments (financial & quantity increases/decreases). Reconcile differences in forecast vs. actual orders and prepare documents necessary for monthly meetings. Coordinate and train local and/or regional Demand Managers on global systems, processes, and procedures. Maintain accuracy of ERP, Product, and Customer codes, and product codes for item numbers. Communicate detail by item/product code to Master Schedulers and maintain sales plans in total and by market segment. Essential Qualifications Associate degree in Business with emphasis on sales or manufacturing required. 10+ years demonstrated experience in sales organization and/or manufacturing industry required. Strong understanding of MRP (Manufacturing Resources Planning) terminology and concepts. Expert computer skills, including Windows, report writers such as Business Objects, and PowerBI. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate across functional areas. Ability to prioritize and manage projects based on requirements or impact to all business segments. CPIM or higher certification (APICS) preferred. Skills and Competencies Required for Success Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex data and drive business decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across functional areas. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting business objectives. Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Proficiency in using various software applications, including ERP systems, report writers, and data analytics tools. Compensation and Benefits The estimated annual base pay for this position is $81,500 (minimum) to $122,300 (maximum), with a midpoint of $101,900.
