TOEFL Teacher

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. Duties • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. • Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to accommodate different learning styles. • Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a conducive learning environment. • Provide tutoring and individualized support to students as needed. • Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional strategies. • Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. • Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance. • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; teaching certification preferred. • Proven experience in classroom management and lesson planning. • Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage students effectively. • Experience working with students in both traditional and adult education settings is a plus. • Familiarity with special education practices is desirable. • Excellent writing skills for creating instructional materials and reports. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. • Proficiency in using learning technology to enhance educational experiences.
