Job Summary The Program Manager - Telehealth RN will be responsible for managing an effective and cohesive team to ensure consistent delivery of services, leading team members to deliver on program goals, and supporting the development and refinement of policies and procedures for the project's operational and clinical domains. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience working in a telehealth environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the lead content knowledge expert concerning the review and research of provided clinical information. Perform clinical case reviews and consultations. Provide direct supervision to assigned team of nursing and/or other clinical staff. Provide subject matter expertise related to medical necessity and level of care criteria and application thereof. Provide education and clinical training to staff in area of expertise. Perform other related duties as assigned. Maintain clinical competency in accordance with licensure requirements. Supervise the Clinical Team, including monitoring activities, schedules, productivity of nurses. Support development and implementation of training for nurse and non-nurse staff. Disseminate policy, protocol changes, and ensure implementation across the teams. Lead regular team meetings and act as the point-person for the nurses. Collaborate with project management to monitor and ensure departmental performance and operational goals are met. Address identified opportunities to improve the project, i.e., quality implementation, and efficient processing of cases. Participate in nurse team meetings on a rotational schedule to ensure contract compliance. Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations. Audit, review, and approve timesheets. Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Senior Program Manager. Comply and ensure program compliance with HIPAA privacy rules. Requirements Essential Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice. Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred. Ability to obtain US Security Clearance. Bachelor's Degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 15 years' telehealth experience. Minimum of 5 years leadership or supervisory experience as an RN. Prior experience supporting a Call Center environment. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree. Current BLS certification. Experience in customer service, performance evaluation, and process improvement. Experience in large volume staff training and coaching. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environment. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking. Experience working remotely and leading a remote team including using Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, SharePoint, and other digital tools.
