Job HighlightsContract: Independent ContractorSchedule: 40 hours a week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST (1-hour unpaid break)Overview We’re looking for a driven and hands-on Sales Team Lead to guide and motivate a group of junior sales representatives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for onboarding, training, and coaching reps to hit aggressive sales targets consistently—while keeping morale high and competition fierce. This isn’t a back-office position—it’s part coach, part motivator, and part strategist. If you thrive on leading from the front, building people up, and creating a winning sales culture, this role is for you. What You’ll DoOwn the sales performance of a group of junior reps—ensuring they consistently meet or exceed weekly targetsRun onboarding and training sessions to set reps up for early winsCoach reps in real time—supporting pitches, objection handling, and closing strategiesMaintain accountability by tracking numbers daily, giving direct feedback, and pushing for improvementMotivate the team with contests, leaderboards, and recognition of top performersAct as the bridge between leadership and the reps, sharing insights, blockers, and opportunitiesContinuously improve the sales playbook based on what’s working on the groundRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For2–4 years of sales or sales leadership experience (experience with student programs, field sales, or affiliate-style sales is a plus)Proven ability to train, motivate, and hold people accountable in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentCompetitive mindset—you love hitting targets and inspiring others to push beyond theirsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsComfortable tracking KPIs and using data to drive actionAbility to thrive in a startup-style environment where speed and adaptability are keyBenefits Independent Contractor Perks: Permanent work from homeImmediate hiringSteady freelance job Please note that since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.
