The Opportunity With significant growth expected across our US market, Teleperformance seeks an exceptional Executive Vice President of Marketing to lead our comprehensive marketing efforts focused on lead generation, email and LinkedIn ad campaigns, event scheduling and creation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies. This role is pivotal in targeting and engaging new leads at the buyer/decision-maker level, strongly emphasizing driving growth through innovative marketing tactics. The Responsibilities & Duties As our Executive Vice President of Marketing, you'll be responsible for: Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement robust lead-generation strategies that target high-value buyers and decision-makers. Oversee the creation and execution of email and LinkedIn ad campaigns designed to generate quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel. Campaign Management: Design, execute, and optimize email and LinkedIn ad campaigns to effectively reach and convert decision-makers. Utilize data-driven approaches to segment audiences and personalize outreach, ensuring maximum relevance and impact. Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Provide strategic direction and support to team members, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Analytics and Reporting: Track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and event success. Use insights from analytics to refine strategies and improve future campaigns and events. Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technologies, best practices, and industry developments. The First-Year Objectives As our Executive Vice President of Marketing, you'll be expected to: Develop and implement a comprehensive lead-generation strategy by creating a detailed lead-generation plan focusing on high-quality leads at the buyer/decision-maker level within the first 90 days. Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions to boost conversion rates from email campaigns by 10% by year-end. Strengthen Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives by developing and executing strategies to target and convert high-value accounts. The Qualifications We're seeking a seasoned marketing leader with: A Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or Marketing preferred; bachelor's degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Marketing, Business Administration, Communications). 12+ years of progressive marketing experience in a BPO or related industry, with a demonstrably successful track record in lead generation, digital marketing campaigns (including account-based marketing), and event management. Proven experience developing and executing B2B marketing strategies specifically targeting decision-makers within the BPO industry. Strong understanding and demonstrable success with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) methodologies and Virtual Account-Based Marketing Solutions (VAMS). Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Expertise in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns and LinkedIn advertising campaigns. Deep understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and content marketing best practices. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to build, motivate, and inspire high-performing marketing teams. Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and a collaborative approach to building strategic partnerships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a data-driven and methodical approach to marketing campaign development and execution. Proven ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and measure results effectively. Strong project management skills.
