Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Junior Quality Technician to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our water treatment and environmental monitoring services. Key Responsibilities Sample Collection: Assist in collecting samples for analysis and deliver them to the appropriate laboratory, organizing relevant information and recording data for quality control purposes. Supporting Records: Assist in maintaining records of operational parameters and analysis results for water treatment programs, monitoring pest control activities, and providing monitoring forms. Environmental Inspection Route: Assist in executing the environmental inspection route (vulnerable points, leaks, tank integrity, valves, installations), reporting non-conformities, and supporting inspection and quality control activities. Quality Control Support: Assist in conducting tests, following established procedures, to verify compliance with specifications and requirements. Action Implementation: Assist the quality team in identifying non-conformities and contributing to the definition and implementation of corrective actions to solve identified problems. Audit Participation: Assist the quality team during internal audits, preparing documents, verifying process conformity, and collaborating in identifying improvement opportunities. Document Maintenance: Assist in creating and updating procedures, work instructions, and other documents related to the organization's quality management system. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN A QUALITY TECHNICIAN, FOOD, CHEMISTRY, OR ENVIRONMENTAL CHEMISTRY COURSE. Availability to work 6 hours a day, in person. Age 18 or older. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, having the following qualifications would be advantageous: Previous experience in quality control or a related field. Knowledge of water treatment and environmental monitoring processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
