[ad_1] Role Overview:The Engagement Manager (EM) is the key client-facing lead responsible for managing omnichannel marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery. This role bridges client needs, internal analytics, and cross-functional teams to ensure measurable business impact. The EM develops campaign strategies, builds trusted client relationships, translates complex data into actionable insights, and ensures seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships with senior brand leadership. Collaborate with Campaign Development Leads (CDLs) to shape strategic campaign plans (content strategy, message maps, segmentation). Maintain deep knowledge of customer segmentation, working closely with Market Research and CX teams. Build and maintain campaign blueprints leveraging internal and external data-driven insights. Recommend channel strategies and investments based on reach, affinity, engagement, and ROI. Lead measurement planning, define campaign KPIs, and collect data sets for analysis. Create and manage test-and-learn strategies to optimize channel mix, segmentation, and content. Ensure data tagging and enablement align with measurement goals. Partner with analytics teams to measure business impact and ROI. Required Experience & Skills:7 10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising, analytics, or market research. Strong knowledge of omnichannel campaign management & optimization (paid search, paid social, programmatic display, point of care, SEO, TV). Proven ability to translate strategy into tactical execution across multiple channels. Experience developing measurement plans and applying data-driven insights to improve campaigns. Solid understanding of digital marketing in pharma/healthcare, with knowledge of HCP engagement. Strong communication, adaptability, and decision-making skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Agile/Scrum workstreams. Knowledge of APLD (Anonymized Patient-Level Data) or HCP promotions data. Familiarity with media consumption data (digital display, search, OTT, TV). Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Google Data Studio).
