Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant (PA) / PR starter entry-level role. As a PA / PR starter, you will work closely with Alan Edwards and the wider team, gaining hands-on experience in one of the most exciting industries in PR. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn the ropes of PR, talent management, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities Diary Management: Managing the complex and busy schedules of the Founder and CEO, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and events. Event Support: Assisting in coordinating and attending high-profile events such as red-carpet premieres, music launches, and entertainment parties, providing exceptional support to the events team. Talent Management Support: Helping with managing relationships with top talent, ensuring smooth coordination for interviews, photoshoots, and media appearances, and providing administrative support to the talent management team. Office Admin: Handling daily office tasks including answering calls, emails, and general PA duties, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. PR Support: Assisting in drafting press releases, media outreach, and monitoring press coverage, providing valuable support to the PR team. About You We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with a passion for the entertainment, music, and media industry. Essential Qualifications Education: A degree in PR, Media, Communications, or related field is a plus but not essential. Experience: Previous internships or work experience in PR, events, or entertainment will be beneficial but is not required. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms is a must.
