Job Summary As an Entry-Level Data Analyst at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to derive meaningful insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Develop and Maintain Databases and Data Systems: Design, build, and maintain databases, data systems, and dashboards that enable efficient data analysis and reporting. Build Reports and Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards that provide stakeholders with timely, flexible, and structured access to their data. Data Validation and Testing: Develop test scripts to validate data accuracy, address data latency issues, and ensure data quality. Data Pipeline Development: Develop pipelines and tools to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets. Insight Generation and Reporting: Prepare reports for management, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements, provide actionable insights, and communicate findings effectively. Business Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Prior Experience: Prior experience in data analysis or a related field is a plus, but not required. We encourage freshers and OPT candidates to apply. Data Analysis Tools and Methodologies: Proficient in using data analysis tools and methodologies, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with Business Process Modeling: Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques. Independent and Collaborative Work: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Preferred Qualifications The following qualifications are preferred but not required: Experience with DBT or Airflow: Hands-on experience with DBT or Airflow.
