This role is centered around the Center - Wellbeing, Health, and Ergonomics, where you will support the Airport Customer Service division in adjusting foundation, technology, and job processes for our frontline employees. Your primary focus will be on driving innovation and implementing initiatives that reduce the Global Injury Rate for the division and the company as a whole. Key Responsibilities Encourage a culture where safety is a core value by providing support, training, accountability, and recognition. Develop and implement procedures to reduce the risk of employee injuries and aircraft damage. Support program management of large-scale technology initiatives related to Ergonomic improvement. Lead and assist Ergonomic-related investigations across the network. Support day-to-day operations and management of existing projects related to Health and Wellbeing or Ergonomics. Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and interpret injury and behavior data, draw conclusions, and support actions to improve Safety Behaviors. Manage project plans, investigations, and close-out of safety improvement initiatives using Task Management tools. Support communications framework for stakeholder groups to provide an account of project status and gather feedback. Essential Qualifications Pursuing a four-year degree, preferably in Occupational/Industrial Health, Biomechanics/Kinesiology, Aviation/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Demonstrates safety-conscious behavior and has strong analytical and written/oral communication skills. Shown ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Ability to learn, interpret, and maintain various regulations, rules, codes, and guidelines. Self-starter with high energy and ability to work in a time-sensitive environment. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to analyze and interpret data. Utilizing Task Management tools to manage project plans and investigations. Supporting communications framework for stakeholder groups. Ability to raise issues as necessary to ensure awareness and support resolution.
