About the role:We’re looking for a Team Leader to join and head up our Marketing Design Team. You’ll lead the team responsible for all of the company’s external communications — including the website, social media, blog, media publications, online and offline conferences, print materials, and swag. Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize the work of the design team: plan tasks in sprints and manage project deadlines. Build and optimize processes, collaborate with stakeholders and other departments. Mentor the team: support professional growth, create a competency matrix, and plan development paths. Motivate designers and maintain a high level of engagement and quality. Present and defend design decisions. Work with external resources (agencies, freelancers, Upwork). Oversee creative concepts, provide art direction, and take part in special projects hands-on.
