About the Security and Privacy Technical Program Management Team The Security and Privacy Technical Program Management team is a force multiplier for the security organization, partnering closely with engineering and product teams across Netflix to deliver impactful and scalable security initiatives. The team collaborates with leaders inside and outside the organization to align on strategic goals and vision, furthering the security roadmaps for partnering teams in a business-driven way. They work with stakeholders to establish and drive initiatives that move the needle on this, driving large, at-scale security initiatives across multiple product and central engineering organizations. The Opportunity As a Technical Program Manager (L5) - Games Security, you will drive large, at-scale security initiatives across multiple product and central engineering organizations with stakeholders ranging from senior leadership, product managers, engineering managers, and developers. This is a great opportunity to help mature the security posture in the most rapidly growing parts of the business and gain intimate knowledge of Netflix's products and services. These are highly visible and cross-functional efforts that require technical thought leadership across Netflix's engineering and product organizations.
