The Ideal Candidate: A Proven Fundraising Leader with a Passion for Our Mission To succeed in this pivotal role, you will need a unique blend of experience, skills, and passion for our mission. Here's what we're looking for: Essential Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the principles of fundraising and nonprofit management. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior fundraising role within a nonprofit organization, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and growing a donor base. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate effectively, and guide investment in people and systems to drive results. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse groups of people, including donors, stakeholders, and team members.
