Key Responsibilities Collaborate with financial teams to support query and report development for PeopleSoft modules, leveraging your expertise to drive financial reporting excellence. Review existing queries and provide recommendations for updates to align with current standards, ensuring best practices in Business Intelligence are adhered to. Coordinate all phases of report design and development, including user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-implementation support, to guarantee seamless integration and adoption. Develop and implement various reporting mechanisms while adhering to best practices in Business Intelligence, focusing on financial processes and budgetary structures. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for your career in Business Intelligence. 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence report writing and best practices, with a deep understanding of financial processes and data analysis. 8 years of experience in business/system/data analysis and improvement, with a proven track record of driving success through data-driven insights. 8 years of experience in the development of diverse reporting mechanisms, with expertise in PeopleSoft and financial modules. 8 years of experience with budget and finance processes, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of financial reporting and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office products, with strong communication skills to present complex financial information effectively to various stakeholders. 3+ years of implementation or post-go-live experience with financial modules, emphasizing reporting activities and ensuring a smooth transition to new systems. Familiarity with configurations, budgetary structures, and reporting policies, allowing you to navigate complex financial systems with ease. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
