Key Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at Revolution Prep, your key responsibilities will include: Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with partner clients, resulting in a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) rating. Acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, providing exceptional customer support and assistance to ensure a seamless experience for clients and their employees utilizing their benefits. Collaborating with our Sales and Marketing teams to implement strategies that maximize the conversion of users into customer-paid programs, maximizing program usage and overall customer retention. Efficiently onboarding new customers, meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards, and facilitating client onboarding sessions to provide training on Revolution Prep's offerings and services. Gathering and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction levels. Monitoring and tracking key performance metrics related to products, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, generating regular reports to assess progress and identify opportunities for growth. Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including Education Services, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering, to drive client success initiatives and address client needs. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years) in customer success, account management, or client relations, with a strong understanding of the education industry and corporate benefits programs. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. An analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making, and a goal-oriented and results-driven approach to your work. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in the education technology industry, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing students, families, and educators. A strong network of contacts in the education industry, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business growth and identify new opportunities. Experience with customer success platforms and tools, such as Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar technologies. A certification in customer success, such as the Customer Success Certification (CSC) or the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) designation.
