Job Summary As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer service representatives and providing guidance and support to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service. You will work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and drive business growth. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, as well as a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. Key Responsibilities Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure that customers receive exceptional service Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and drive business growth Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and net promoter score Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to improve their skills and performance Handle complex customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide insights and recommendations to management Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a remote or call center environment Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction, reducing costs, and driving business growth Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in customer service software and technology, such as CRM systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in customer service management Certification in customer service, such as ICSS or HDI Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a remote environment and manage a virtual team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We are committed to the growth and development of our employees, and we offer a range of training and development programs to help you achieve your career goals.
