Position Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, categorizing calls, recording abusive and extraordinary calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities: Receive calls from child support client stakeholders, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations Categorize all calls received into designated categories Record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to clients Resolve customer complaints, offering suitable solutions and alternatives Document customer interactions Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required At least one-year prior experience in an area of customer service, call center, service delivery, or other related fields Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Skills and Competencies: Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact, patience, and courtesy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Work Environment and Benefits: As a remote employee, you'll need a private workspace with a high-speed internet connection.
