Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Compliance Analytics Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Compliance Analytics Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and execution of compliance monitoring solutions, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools to analyze data and identify potential risk areas. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere, with a competitive salary of $20-$30 per hour. Key Responsibilities Manage the development and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility. Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols. Design and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Examination Manager. Analyze and report monitoring results, identifying potential risk areas and trends. Prepare and present reports of monitoring results to business leaders, providing recommendations for mitigating potential compliance risks. Prepare and maintain records of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (CAPs). Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a culture of respect and inclusivity. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role (e.g., internal audit, compliance monitoring), OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role. At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into actionable insights to identify potential risk areas or trends. Experience working with data analytics tools and processes. At least 1 year of direct management, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: At least 5 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing role. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries. Experience working with classified or highly sensitive data. Experience creating and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization. Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Masters, etc. Skilled in extracting, mining, and managing data, with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts like regression, data science, and machine learning. Advanced skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
