Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Director, Business Development to lead our engineering consulting business in Central USA. Responsibilities As a Director, Business Development - Engineering Consulting for Central USA, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and drive growth and innovation in our region. Your key responsibilities will include: Generating new business against a revenue quota, focusing on both new and existing clients in your territory, a key metric of your success Developing strong knowledge of your sales territory and building a proactive approach to driving new business for Workwarp Understanding the intersection between technology, customers, and business and serving as a trusted advisor that brings technology-enabled solutions Monitoring current and emerging trends, unique opportunities, and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which our clients operate, and how it affects our clients' business and initiatives Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong background in business development, consulting, or engineering, with a proven track record of success in identifying and closing new business. You'll also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. In addition, you'll need to have a deep understanding of technology, business models, and trends across a wide spectrum of technical solution offerings for enterprises.
