We are seeking a Client Service Representative and a Medical Transcriber to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The laboratory handle a large volume pathology and esoteric testing that involves extensive data entry and typing and use of software and apps including LIS or laboratory Information Systems. Two Schedules needed: • 6am - 2pm (M-F) • 12pm - 8 am (T-S) Must willing to work nigh shifts if needed Must willing to work early morning shift if needed. Must be willing to work weekends. Responsibilities: • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company DescriptionSterling Pathology National Laboratories strives for the highest standards of laboratory practice and quality.
