About the Role As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests, resolving issues, and providing guidance on everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website navigation. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Your goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, and you'll be empowered to do so with the training and support you need to succeed. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner Provide product information, order status, and website guidance to customers Use various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge Working Hours and Schedule This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your schedule will include a mix of weekdays and weekends. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you'll be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
