Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our integrated marketing efforts across product marketing, partnerships, content marketing, and demand generation. Reporting directly to the CMO, this senior leadership role will drive revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling marketing organizations in B2B technology companies and a deep understanding of data analytics or enterprise software markets. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Team ManagementLead and develop a high-performing marketing team across product marketing, partnerships, content, and demand generation functionsCollaborate with the CMO to define and execute comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectivesBuild and scale marketing processes, systems, and capabilities to support rapid company growthManage department budgets, resource allocation, and performance metrics across all marketing functionsFoster a culture of data-driven decision making and continuous optimizationKey Responsibilities: Product Marketing ExcellenceOwn go-to-market strategy for new product launches and feature releasesDevelop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for target market segmentsCreate comprehensive competitive intelligence and market analysis frameworksPartner closely with Product and Sales teams to ensure market-driven product developmentLead customer research, persona development, and market segmentation initiativesDevelop sales enablement materials, training programs, and competitive battlecardsKey Responsibilities: Strategic Partnerships & editorial processes, brand voice, and content governance standardsManage PR agencyKey Responsibilities: Demand Generation & Revenue MarketingDesign and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across multiple channels and touchpointsIn collaboration with Sales, develop account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key enterprise prospects and customersOptimize marketing funnel performance from awareness through customer acquisition and expansionImplement marketing attribution models and revenue reporting frameworks (Hubspot + Salesforce)Manage marketing qualified leads (MQL) to sales qualified leads (SQL) conversion optimizationOversee marketing automation, lead scoring, and nurture campaign strategies (Hubspot)Key Responsibilities: Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field8+ years of marketing experience in B2B technology companies, with 4+ years in leadership rolesProven experience scaling marketing organizations from startup through growth stagesDeep expertise in product marketing, demand generation, and content marketingExperience in data analytics, business intelligence, SaaS, or enterprise software markets strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing marketing teamsExperience managing budgets of $1-2M and driving measurable revenue impactStrong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilitiesProven track record of implementing scalable marketing processes and systemsExpert-level proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)Advanced experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and marketing analytics toolsStrong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insightsExperience with account-based marketing platforms and revenue attribution modelsKnowledge of SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and digital advertising strategiesExceptional
