Job Summary As a full-time INBOUND phone Customer Service Agent, you will be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. You will work in a hybrid environment, with the option to work from home up to 5 days a week, and enjoy a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities: Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Work closely with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment to resolve customer challenges and provide product information. Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day, while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Resolve customers' challenges by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management. Address pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. Requirements: Essential Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent required. At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment. Ability to commute to our facility from your home, or work from home with a secure workspace dedicated to job activity. Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once, with excellent typing skills. Stable internet with ability to provide proof of internet speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of customer service software and technology. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday. Our 8-week ONSITE training academy will provide you with the knowledge and tools you need to best serve our customers. After graduation, team members meeting work-from-home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference).
