Bank is seeking dedicated and customer-centric individuals to join their Inbound Fraud department as Fraud Customer Service Advisors. This role is crucial in providing top-notch support to customers who have experienced suspicious or unauthorized activity on their credit, debit, or corporate/government cards. As a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you will be the frontline defense in protecting customers' financial security and preventing potential losses. Key Responsibilities: Answer 80-120 incoming calls daily, providing high-quality support to customers regarding their credit and debit card concerns. Perform various tasks to prevent financial loss, including blocking or placing security holds on accounts, updating lost/stolen statuses on debit and credit accounts, and forwarding fraud and dispute information to relevant parties. Initiate fraud claims and provide detailed information on existing claims, ensuring timely resolution for customers. Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve fraud and dispute issues efficiently. Document fraud alerts, build comprehensive case files, and escalate alerts to appropriate groups when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. One to two years of customer service experience. One to two years of experience using a computer, especially Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Skills/Experience: Knowledge of consumer, debit, and corporate/government card products. Ability to identify and interpret data, resolve exceptions, and work with unwritten instructions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer calls. Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications.
