RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.2 years of experience in managing and coordinating software releases.5 years of relevant technical and business experience in software development in a regulated technology (internet) environment. In-depth knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies and applied use of automation to accelerate pace of software delivery without a sacrifice in qualityStrong understanding of deployment automation best practices in support of containerized microservices and nTier applications in a hybrid on-prem and cloud (AWS preferred) environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to launch and deliver multiple, concurrent IT projects on time and within budgetDemonstrated ability to use discretion and make sound decisionsAbility to work under pressure. Maintains composure and professionalism in an interrupt-driven environment. Must be able to multi-task.
