Key Responsibilities:● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve salestargets.● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximizeperformance.● Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in thetech industry.● Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, andcompetitive landscape.● Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for seniormanagement.● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overallbusiness objectives.● Present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients.● Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within thesales teamQualifications:● Bachelor's degree in engineering or CS is a plus (not mandatory)● Proven night / US shift experience.● 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the education or technologysectors.● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managinghigh-performing sales teams.● Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with excellent negotiation andclosing skills.● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationshipswith clients and motivate team members.● An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionableinsights.
