The Customer Success Manager - FinTech is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, handling post-sales implementation program management and collaborating with customers in this vertical to ensure they are realizing expected value from Equifax solutions, as well as receiving the best customer experience. What you will doEnsure operational excellence via the handling of post-sales implementation program management as well as ongoing account supportDrive customer advocacy in resolving customer issues from acquisition to adoption to use to value realizationMonitor and maintain customer healthPartner with Relationship Managers in preparing quarterly business reviewsDrive customer advocacy within EquifaxCoordinate internal COE teams to benefit of customersProvide clients transparency on status of issues/requestsAssist with resolution of customer support issuesWhat experience you needBachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience5-7 years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or other client-facing roleKnowledge of customer success processes and best practicesExperience promoting value through the customer experienceExperience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customersExperience working with cross-functional teamsWhat could set you apartPrior experience working with or at FinTech companiesAbility to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes and creatively solve problemsExceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationshipsAbility to establish milestones and keep all team members on task; strong project management skillsSelf-driven and proactiveBias for actionEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $86,020.00 to $110,000.00. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program.
