Key Job Details: Compensation: Competitive salary ($20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth) Position: Customer Service Manager Location: Remote (with flexible scheduling) Start Date: Immediate openings available Hours: 20 hours per week, with flexibility to grow Job Summary: We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our remote Airbnb Rentals operations. As a key member of our Hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing guest communications, and driving operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Guest Experience Management: Provide exceptional customer service to Flexhome guests, responding to their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Conduct guest screening to ensure safety and security, and compliance with Flexhome and property partner requirements Manage guest reservations, including booking suggestions, alterations, and cancellations Troubleshoot maintenance and technology issues, lockouts, and other guest issues, working closely with Field Team and property partners Operational Management: Coordinate operational needs with Flexhome staff, including scheduling repairs and maintenance, and monitoring guest communications Work closely with Field Team to schedule turnovers and other tasks, ensuring seamless property management Serve as a point of contact for property partner communications, managing listing marketing and revisions as needed Performance Analysis and Improvement: Analyze guest reviews to determine opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance guest experiences Manage social media and periodic public relations activities, promoting Flexhome's brand and values Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field College diploma or equivalent Reliable smartphone, computer, and high-speed WiFi connection at all times Ability to respond to messages within 5 minutes or less Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in spreadsheets, word documents, and similar operational software Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com, or similar short-term rental platforms Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices Certification in customer service or hospitality management What We Offer: Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary ($20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth) Flexible scheduling, with 20 hours per week to start Opportunities for professional growth and development Remote work arrangement with flexible hours Work Environment and Culture: Dynamic and supportive team environment Opportunities for collaboration and knowledge-sharing Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance How to Apply: If you're a motivated and customer-focused professional with a passion for hospitality, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
