We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in driving the growth of ocean volumes and carrier development. **About the Role** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for executing strategies that support the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product. You'll work closely with the MD of Ocean to support carrier development, pricing, analysis of carrier service, routings, carrier performance, and resolving carrier service issues. This role will also require you to support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute strategies to drive the growth of ocean volumes and enhance the development of the ocean product * Work closely with the MD of Ocean to support carrier development, pricing, analysis of carrier service, routings, carrier performance, and resolving carrier service issues * Support sales and operations as an ocean subject matter expert * Implement and communicate strategies to increase volumes, maximize competitiveness, enhance service, and support adherence to the preferred network * Assist in implementing pricing programs and reviewing volume targets * Work with the TLM to develop an ocean strategy that enhances the effectiveness of sales to achieve expectations of account development and yield enhancement * Communicate both internally and externally to outline strategy, market conditions, and work closely with the MD, Ocean, along with the global trade lane team, sales, and operations to communicate direction and deliverables * Direct and indirect customer contact will also be required * Work closely with product, sales, and operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures to minimize company risk **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management) * 3+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a related field * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, supply chain management) * 5+ years of experience in data entry, logistics, or a related field * Experience with ocean freight and carrier development * Knowledge of global trade lane operations and logistics * Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Certified Logistics Professional, Certified Supply Chain Professional) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At FedEx Logistics, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
