About the role:Garner is seeking a Feed Integrations Consultant to join our high-performing Feed Integrations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to Garner’s healthcare platform. This position blends technical acumen with project management and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including health insurance carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators, while working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Legal, Engineering, and Product. This is a mission-critical role, managing the data infrastructure that directly impacts our clients’ success and our product performance. This position is fully remote. What you will do:Own and drive the end-to-end implementation and maintenance of eligibility and claims data integrationsSimultaneously lead multiple implementations, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and complianceCollaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issuesConduct in-depth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepanciesPartner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless integration, and operational excellenceContribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processesWhat you will bring to the team:3–5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformation/mappingProven project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication skills with experience working cross-functionally and externally with partnersAnalytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for root-cause problem solvingA proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get hands-on with complex workPassion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clientsCompensation Transparency:The base salary range for this position is $81,000 - $104,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
