Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Secondary school certification or GED. Effective completion of obligatory training programs. Client assistance experience, preferably in a contact center or customer-facing environment. Ability to type at least 25 WPM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working in a contact center or customer service environment. Knowledge of Walmart's products, services, and policies. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other contact center technologies. Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, depending on the location and customer base.
