About the Role As the CDP Product Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to Delta's internal organizations on the use of the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the effective management and maintenance of the platform, as well as providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Managing and preserving the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet organizational needs. Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform. Providing technical data and guidance to internal organizations regarding segment-building and RT-CDP platform. Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions. Collaborating with IT and other organizations to align on technical needs and implementations. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to the Adobe Experience Platform. Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform. Leading training sessions to up-skill internal organizations on the effective use of the platform. Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting agencies to coordinate product upgrades and workarounds. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of technical, analytical, and communication skills. The minimum qualifications for this position include: 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience. Strong technical skills, especially with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent. Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical skills. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Experience with Customer Data structures that incorporate Adobe Experience Platform or similar structures like Salesforce C360 or Segment. Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing complex enterprise-level structures. In-depth knowledge of data governance and data manipulation best practices. Prior experience in a large-scale e-commerce or digital business organization environment, ideally with a focus on customer journey optimization.
