As a member of our team, your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, providing top-notch customer service, monitoring the platform for harmful content, assisting with quality assurance testing, and working with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Keep members and experts informed about the progress of their requests and follow up as needed. Monitor the company platform to ensure a safe and positive user experience, identifying and addressing any fraudulent or harmful content. Escalate complex issues to management when necessary for prompt resolution. Assist with quality assurance (QA) testing of the Ritual app to maintain high standards of service. Collaborate with other departments to find solutions for challenging customer situations. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers. Accurately record customer interactions by categorizing and tagging emails for efficient tracking. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold service excellence. Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to ensure timely and effective support for our valued members.
