Nothing is set up yet, so we need someone who can hit the ground running, build from scratch, and drive results fast. What You’ll Do: Set up our YouTube ads account and campaigns from zero. Develop ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategy. Optimize for conversions (lead generation focus). Report results clearly and quickly so we can make decisions fast. You Are: Experienced in launching and scaling YouTube ads (bonus if you’ve worked with coaching, consulting, or online course businesses). Confident with both creative and technical campaign setup.
